Character, main and offspecs:
What is your main spec and why? Fury is my main spec, mostly because I enjoy its playstyle more than I do Arms, and this is solely because Fury is more GCD locked than Arms is, and I like such a playstyle.
I don't discount Arms, it's certainly better for most, if not all, bosses, but I'm certain I can be competitive playing as Fury, but I'm ready to switch to Arms for a boss that has a very clear advantage over Fury, ex. Fallen Avatar and Kil'jaeden.
Which talents do you use and which changes (if any) do you make for each specific encounter of the most current raid?
15 - War Machine for any AOE fight where adds spawn enough to maintain a reasonable uptime of the buff (read 30% is the absolute minimum for War Machine to be better than Endless Rage)
Endless Rage is better for any pure single target fight, example Fallen Avatar, Goroth, Sisters(even with 2 Moontalon adds, War Machine does not offer sufficient uptime to beat Endless Rage), as it offers better Rage generation.
30 - Shockwave for any fight that requires stuns as mandated by the raid leader, but it's generally better to go Shockwave on any fight where adds can be stunned, such as Mistress.
Double time otherwise for the better mobility.
45 - Avatar is almost always the best, especially considering that Mistress is a fight where you do not want to kill Abyss Stalkers immediately or ASAP.
Wrecking Ball has some use on Harjatan, but I choose Avatar for better Boss damage, and for the fact that proper CD usage as Fury has better results, and I like to look at a fight and decide when to use cds optimally for maximum advantage.
60 - Bounding Stride is better on some bosses, but Warpaint is easily a good talent to pick for any fight that you're progressing on, because of the lower damage intake.
On farm, Bounding Stride is almost always better since your healers can keep up with damage intake and there's more gear, bosses/adds die faster etc.
75 - Frothing Berserker. On farm I use Legendary ring that also gives me Massacre for better execute DPS. For progression, Frothing Berserker with the legendary Legs is better as it allows you more damage, but as you get closer to Execute range I will swap out the Legs for the Ring and learn to adjust my playstyle accordingly (i.e I will know that I will have slightly lesser rage generation and I know that Rampages will come slightly less often, no big deal).
90 - Inner Rage - This is pretty much the best talent. Bloodbath is kinda good for AOE fights, but otherwise you're better off using Inner Rage for the extra ST DPS.
100 - Reckless Abandon - Nothing else comes close, and the extra 2s counts for more damage for the BIS trinket Umbral Moonglaives.
To what extent do you play each of your offspecs?
(i.e. Do you use them in raids / are you up to date with knowledge, practice and interface / do you have any artifact power and legendaries / do you enjoy them / would you be willing to make them your main spec if beneficial for the guild) I do play as Arms from time to time to keep in touch and not get rusty. I play as Prot during weekly Timewalking/M+ events. I don't particularly do LFR anymore because I have all of the DPS legendaries and since I don't particularly intend to tank for anything hardcore such as raids or mythic plus, I feel it's not a neceessity.
For my Arms weapon it's currently at 57 level compared to 62 on Fury, but with rising AK levels and some farming it shouldn't be too hard to get it upto speed.
I understand that with Netherlight Crucible it's become more important for the Arms weapon to be higher level, and therefore I'm going to aim to bring it upto speed especially considering that the most important bosses that are next in line for your guild are Avatar and KJ, both bosses being better to progress as Arms than Fury, although I could easily make a strong case for Fury that it could do the same or even better than Arms, even in Execute phase.
Do you have any significant alts?
I have a 929 (pre-Netherlight Crucible) Ret Paladin, and a 924 (Same as Paladin) Havoc Demon Hunter. I'm also leveling a Feral Druid. I don't like to play healing specs or tanking, although bear tanking is definitely alluring because it's OP.
Did you ever change classes and do you consider doing so again in the future?
Yes, I changed twice from Warrior to Shaman and then from Warrior to Monk, but it's always been DPS. If a class/spec comes along that is as fun as playing warrior, especially with respect to GCD locked gameplay, I'd certainly be interested.
That being said, Feral is actually kind of fun with the pooling energy, waiting for cds/debuffs concept, so any class/spec that can have that kind of concept is open to me.
Again, I'm not particularly inclined to playing an FOTM class or something that's clearly OP. I have to enjoy playing it, and my enjoyment isn't solely dependent on the performance, it's moreso towards the gameplay.
Equipment and interface:
What are the specifications of your computer?

What is your latency on Kazzak-EU?
Which addons do you use?
All of the necessary addons - Bigwigs/DBM, ExRT, Angry Assignments, Skada (I'd love to use Details, just haven't actually looked into it very much), Weakauras(I use this for raid ability auras), TellMeWhen(I use this for my of my personal DPS auras), OmniCC, MLK's scrolling battle text.
Can you link a video of one of your bosskills (with your PoV)? If not, please upload a screenshot of your UI.

Do you click abilities or do you use keybindings (or a combination of both)?
Do you use any macros? (e.g. mouseover macros)
There's no necessity to do as a Warrior. There was in previous expansions, ex. Intercept, and that's when I used it, or Vigilance, an extremely useful ability unnecessarily pruned by idiotic devs.
Raiding experience and guild history:
What guilds were you in before, why did you join them and why did you leave them?
Ambuscade - From Cataclysm until WOD(HFC). Guild broke apart due to officers quitting right after about 3 bosses mythic progress.
Endless - WOD (HFC) - Did about 3-4 bosses progress with them. Failed my trial due to computer and internet problems that they were unwilling to overlook.
consanguineus - WOD (HFC) - Progressed the last 2 bosses with them, quit due to it being a toxic environment to raid in, extremely racist with officers doing nothing to intervene.
Please list all the bosses you have killed when their raid tier was still the cutting edge:
(see optional template below)
Mists of Pandaria: 43
Warlords of Draenor: 30
HoV: 1 (Helya and Guarm were killed with more gear i.e NH mythic and TOS HC gear)
NH: 8 (Elisande was killed with a pug group with more gear i.e NH Mythic and TOS HC gear)
ToS: 5 (1 night of progress on mythic Mistress)
What sources and/or methods do you use to keep your class knowledge up to date?
Discord guides on Warrior forums, regularly keeping up to date with pinned results and/or discussions, Warrior POVs on youtube and streams.
How do you prepare for a new bossfight?
Mostly the above for my own class knowledge, as well as multiple PoVs i.e Tank/Healer/Ranged DPS to get a better idea of tactics.
Why you are applying:
What are your goals in this game? To achieve reasonable hardcore progress with a well reasoned approach towards tactics and roster selection.
What are the reasons why you specifically want to join Rock Paper Scissors?
For one thing, you are a 2d guild, and in current wow times, and in my life at my age and social constraints, 2d raiding is better for me, regardless of the number of hours spent.
Secondly, you have great progress, and your application template has been quite thorough, maybe a bit too much, but that's alright because it's obvious you take a great deal of effort towards recruiting exactly the right kind of people for your guild, and I appreciate that.
Thirdly, because I'm sort of tired of guilds pretending to be casual guilds while aiming for cutting edge, while not doing what is required for cutting edge i.e my previous guild was pretty lax on attendance and recruitment, and at the same time, trying to develop original tactics for easy bosses instead of just using tried and tested tactics so we can get to real progression bosses such as Sisters and Mistress. You guys seem like the kind that don't do that, and that's especially based on how quickly you progressed through said relatively easy bosses, and the harder ones.
More about you:
Do you have any days or times you're unable to raid?:
Raid times, are during my work, but my work is extremely relaxed, so there are going to be little or no interruptions. However, there are rare times, such as once a month, where I'm required to work on an urgent task, and may be required to sit out for an hour or so, but like I said these are rare.
Can you tell us a little bit about yourself as a person?
I'm generally very quiet in the beginning, I prefer to type things out, that you can see above in the essay that I've just written. But I am in fact, also very vocal when I feel that things need to be said in order for it to be taken into consideration or a reply to be given, and to point out or call out important things such as incoming ability, although of course I'm completely okay with this being done by the raid leader or officers.
I'm sort of a research whore, and a lore nerd, so I know a lot about WoW and have played a significant number of classes, or at least know something about them, so I'm generally inquisitive and knowledgeable about players and their abilities and can offer suggestions, tactic wise only, about how certain abilities could contribute towards tactics.
What is your proudest moment/achievement in WoW?
Cutting Edge Will of the Emperor was pretty fantastic for me - It was a pretty hectic fight, especially for Warrior as I had to charge and leap around to stun the adds, and dance on the 2 bosses.
Cutting Edge Garrosh Hellscream was also pretty awesome, if you manage to find our kill vid, it was amazing fun, and we also killed it on the very first attempt on a night where were prepared to do a lot more attempts.
What is your /played?44 days, 7 hours, 16 minutes
Anything else you would like to add or explain?
Hah, I'm kinda exhausted after writing that. So, if there is really anything that comes to me that I'd like to add later, I'll do it during our interview, if we have one.
Thanks, and I look forward to your reply.
